FingerTrip Inc. is reachable by email and through the contact form on the homepage. There is no phone line and no support desk yet — the product has not launched.

• legal@thefingertrip.com — general enquiries, press, partnerships, and anything about the Terms of Service. Answered within 10 business days.
• privacy@thefingertrip.com — privacy questions, unsubscribe requests, and GDPR data-rights requests: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Answered within 30 days.

Contact form

The homepage at https://thefingertrip.com/ carries a contact form with two modes. "General" is for questions about the product, the waitlist, or the company. "Investor" additionally asks for a company name and expects a corporate email address.

The form is the fastest route for anything that is not a privacy request. Privacy requests should go to the privacy address directly so they land in the right queue with the right handling.

Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is not a support channel; it is a one-field signup at https://thefingertrip.com/#waitlist. Enter an email address and confirm. A confirmation arrives immediately and a priority invite follows when early access opens. One email, no spam, and an unsubscribe link in every message.
